    Humans ever begin
“시작은 역사적 사건이기 전에 인간의 최고능력이다.” (한나 아렌트)

To make a beginning---and it goes without saying that every beginning is supposed to be a new one---is strictly human. For, mythologically speaking, god is by definition a being without any beginning or end and moreover able to do 'creatio ex nihilo'. And animals, being incapable of any meaningful linguistic articulations, do not have clear-cut conscious boundaries whereby to single out any activites of theirs as 'the first' or 'new'. Therefore it can be properly maintained that there can be no beginnings without linguistic consciousness and that it'd be rather language itself(Ur-Sprache) that begins.

We might suppose God to be, just 'be'. Humans on the other hand try to begin again and again while in the process of being alive. But animals come into being and disappear without making any beginning or ending. This distinctively human principle applies to the 3 kinds of beings in terms of their repsective linguisticality. Or we can possibly say that this could be safely translated into the typical process of the phenomenology of religion, which cannot be founded non-linguistically or non-sematically at the least.

The matter-of-factly proposition of the humans being's capable of making beginnings may sound like too trivial a thing worth any serious mentioning. On examining, however, the symbolic significance involved in the inner structure of the human decision, one may be able to find that the decision to begin anew is the very spiritual eye of the human evolutionary typoon. For, if, as Wittgenstein said, the philosophical problem has the form of 'Ich kenne mich nicht aus', the most general way of doing a philosopy is an incessant search for new beginnings. If you do not feel like beginning anew, then you might as well be judged as spiritually dead.
